What we collect

When you chat with Evelyn (our AI assistant) or use the contact form, we store your messages and any details you choose to share: name, email, phone or WhatsApp number, company, country and the language you write in. We also keep the campaign tags in the link that brought you here (for example utm_source), so we know which campaign worked. Chats on WhatsApp, Telegram or Messenger are also processed by those platforms under their own policies.

How we use it

To reply to you, to follow up about your project, and to understand which channels and campaigns reach people. Your messages are processed by AI model providers (OpenAI, and Microsoft Azure OpenAI as a backup) to generate Evelyn's replies. We do not sell your data.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@rndc.io. Please don't share passwords, payment details or confidential material in chat.
